Product Description

The olives are picked green, with very little ripening, the oil thus obtained is of very high quality for lovers of full-bodied oil and intense fruit.
The harvest is done in a traditional way. It is a way to pick up the olive that helps to take care of trees and fruits, avoiding being damaged. In October, the olive changes color from green to purple (just before veraison), the perfect time to obtain the extra virgin olive oil ARBEQUINA, with all its properties.
